This section covers the WinnerWare speech modules used for voice playback, transcription handling, and provider-specific speech setup.

Overview​

The speech area supports experiences where users need to hear guidance, capture spoken input, or turn spoken content into text that other WinnerWare features can use.

These modules are typically used together:

  • the base Speech module provides the shared speech foundation
  • Speech Azure supports Azure-based speech and transcription handling
  • Speech ElevenLabs supports ElevenLabs voice playback and custom voice selection

This section is focused on the shared speech foundation and provider-specific voice setup rather than the separate call-insight processing area.
